Oceanfront Accommodations
To live on an island is to take advantage of the views and experiences that surround you. Enjoy spectacular sunrises over the ocean and vibrant sunsets across the marsh. Our beach home accommodations are located within walking distance of the ocean and a short bike ride of the pool, gym, pickle ball courts, and sand volleyball.
Housing
Enjoy Paradise.
From an early morning walk on the beach to tabke tennis to reinvigorate the brain, beach living just can't be beat. Male and female students are housed in separate accommodations. Each home accommodates between 6 & 7 campers plus a House Parent(s). Both private and shared rooms are available. Each home has its own gormet kitchen, common living area, dining area, and back porch, as well as, in-house laundry. High-speed fiber optic internet allows students to stay in touch with family.
Amenities
Located both close to the ocean as well as close to Melrose Beach Club, the Melrose neighborhood is ideally situated. Access to Melrose Beach Club facilities is included for Coastal SAT Academy participants. With access to the gym, pool, pickleball courts, and sand volleyball, being active is no chore!
Transportation
on Island
While morning classes, the beach, and Melrose amenities are all just a walk away, there is much of the island left to explore! With more golf carts than cars on the island, biking is a very safe and enjoyable way to see the island. Each house will have access to two golf carts and several bikes.

Food
Each cottage is stocked with a wide variety of breakfast foods, lunch foods, and snacks so students have more flexibility and control over their eating habits. Dinners will be prepared for the group each evening, boasting a wide range of cuisines. Food preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions can be accommodated with proper notice.
